I grew up around small business. My parents still run theirs today, and I saw firsthand what it means to build something real—long nights, early mornings, and doing whatever it takes to show up for your people and your customers—every single day. That experience stuck with me. It’s where I first understood the pride and responsibility that comes with owning and operating a business.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across sales, operations, and leadership roles—mostly alongside founders and owner-operators in real estate, services, and tech-enabled businesses. I’ve learned how strong businesses are built, what keeps them running, and what it takes to lead from the front. That experience shaped my path—and it’s what led me here.
