About Me
I was born and raised in a rural farm town in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Until I was 18, I spent every summer working various jobs at my parents’ 80-acre RV park and campground—doing everything from booking reservations, payroll, or turning a wrench on broken equipment. I remember the long days, but we always made time to sit down at the dinner table, share some laughs, and, of course, discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of the business. It was during those dinner conversations that I started to learn what it really means to be a business owner—living and breathing the day-to-day ups and downs.
Seeking broader experiences, I graduated from Penn State University and joined Amazon.com, where I led over 1,000 employees and launched e-commerce fulfillment and distribution centers in Delaware. My journey then took me to Colorado, where I earned an MBA from the University of Colorado-Boulder and met my wife, Kristyn. Over the next decade, I built a strong foundation for running a business by immersing myself in roles across investment finance, operations, and enterprise sales. From acquiring and managing retail shopping centers to scaling revenue for tech startups, I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to drive growth and lead teams in highly entrepreneurial and complex environments. These experiences were truly rewarding, sharpening my business acumen and deepening my desire to build and lead something of my own.
This desire became especially clear while managing retail shopping centers with Broad Street Realty, where I worked closely with entrepreneurs and small business owners to expand and launch new ventures across the U.S. It was during this time, while sitting in a local crawfish joint helping a second-generation owner—newborn son in arms—review financials and construction plans for their second location, that I realized it was time to carve out my own path. That moment, combined with countless family dinner table conversations, crystallized my vision to find a business and make my own mark.
My journey has come full circle, and I’m now ready to bring these values and experiences forward to build and run a company of my own.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying life with my wife and three kids, hiking with our dogs, skiing, or chasing trout with a fly rod in hand.
